Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine with Computer Controlled Servo System for Accurate and Testing of Steel and Metal Materials
Product introduction:
The WAW-D Computer-Controlled Hydraulic Servo Universal Testing Machine adopts an oil cylinder-down dual-space structure: the area between the upper beam and middle beam serves as the tensile space, while the area between the middle beam and workbench functions as the compression space. This design enables automatic adjustment of tensile and compression spaces via lead screw rotation and vertical movement of the middle beam, ensuring flexible adaptation to diverse test requirements.
Primarily engineered for mechanical property testing of metallic materials, the machine supports tensile, compression, bending, shear, and other core tests. With compatible fixtures, it can also perform tensile, compression, bending, shear, and folding tests on non-metallic materials and composite specimens—expanding its application scope across multiple industries.
Equipped with a high-precision closed-loop servo control system (integrating a controller, servo valve, oil pressure sensor, displacement sensor, extensometer, and computer), the machine delivers automatic and precise control of the entire test process. It accurately measures key test parameters including test force, displacement, and deformation in real time.
The tester supports multiple test modes: constant test force rate, constant deformation rate, and constant displacement rate. It also enables three-mode control integration (force, deformation, displacement) within a single test, with seamless switching between control modes to simulate real-world stress conditions.
Test parameters are automatically collected by the computer and processed via specialized software, which controls the test process autonomously and calculates results intelligently. Test curves and data are displayed in real time on the computer interface, and comprehensive test reports—complete with corresponding curves—can be generated and printed directly for documentation and analysis.
Price advantage:
We have significantly scaled up in-house research and development (R&D) initiatives, established a dedicated machining center, and manufacture core components independently. This vertical integration strategy enables us to optimize supply chain costs without compromising product quality—delivering competitive pricing paired with uncompromised performance.
Our premium-quality testing equipment delivers far greater long-term cost savings compared to low-cost, inferior-quality alternatives. By minimizing machine failure rates, we not only reduce our clients’ maintenance expenses but also enhance operational efficiency—ensuring uninterrupted testing workflows and maximizing productivity.
This optimal quality-to-cost ratio translates to tangible, sustainable value for our clients, balancing reliable performance, reduced total cost of ownership (TCO), and consistent operational output that low-cost alternatives cannot match.
